• SIGN UP IS OPEN NOW: at www.chagrintigers.com, click on the Forms tab, select Final Forms:

  • Add all sports of interest even if a secondary option if cut occurs.

  • Complete ALL parent and student signatures.  ALL GREEN BOXES means you’re done.

  • Upload your physical to Final Forms.  Physicals are valid for 13 months 

  • ALL forms must be complete prior to participation.  

  • Coaches will start sending information as early as JUNE 1. If you aren’t signed up you will miss those communications.  Please sign up TODAY.
