The Office of Technology & Information Systems has been reviewing various District processes throughout the school year. One outcome of the review is moving to Infinite Campus for our start of the school year forms. Entering the information directly into Infinite Campus will make it much easier for our staff to quickly locate important information about your student(s). We have considered this change in the part; however, it was not cost effective until recently.
Infinite Campus Annual Update
The traditional start of the school year forms have been relocated to Infinite Campus. You will need to log in to Infinite Campus and complete these forms for each of your children. Part of the annual update will require you to digitally provide one proof of residency. You will need to have an electronic copy of a tax bill, mortgage statement, insurance statement, bank statement, signed purchase agreement, or utility bill.
What about Final Forms?
Final Forms will still be used for students participating in athletics or band at Chagrin Falls. You will need to complete additional forms inside of Final Forms if your child is participating in these activities.
What do I need to do?
ALL PARENTS need to complete the Annual Update Process:
- Login to the Parent Portal
- Click "More" on the left hand side, toward the bottom
- Click the "Online Registration" link
- Choose "Annual Update" to begin.
