Chagrin Falls Schools’ Students and Staff Enjoy Pep Rally to Kick off Interact Club’s Fundraiser

On Thursday October 12, students and staff of Chagrin Falls High School enjoyed a pep rally to get students hyped up about the Interact Club’s fundraiser to support the Geauga County Job and Family Services “Sponsor-a-Family” program.

Each homeroom teacher was paired with a rival teacher in hopes of raising more money for the cause. The pep rally showcased each pairing then launched into a students vs. staff basketball team, which the staff won 9-6.

The annual gift card collection runs from October 17-27.  Giant Eagle and Aldi gift cards as well as monetary donations are being accepted to support the growing number of families facing food insecurity this holiday season.

Electronic credit card donations can be made by calling 440-834-4327. Please specify their donation to go to Special Services Sponsor a Family Program.  Gift cards and cash donations can be turned in to the students’ homerooms.
