Teaching/Administration Positions

Completed applications for teaching/administrative positions should include the below and any other requirements posted through our Frontline Education Applicant Portal:

  • Cover letter and resume

  • Transcript(s) (copies are acceptable with application; originals will be required if you are hired)

  • A copy of your valid Ohio teaching license/certificate

  • Ohio Assessment for Educator test results

  • Three reference letters with current contact information including valid email and phone number.

  • If you are selected for employment by the Chagrin Falls Schools, we will then require:

    • Both Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification (BCI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint/background check results within the last 12 months

When an opening is posted, we will evaluate all candidates that hold the appropriate Ohio certificate / license and whose qualifications meet district requirements. Candidates will then be contacted for an interview. All materials will remain on file for a period of at least two years.

Classified Positions

Classified positions include educational aides, custodians, food service workers, and office workers.

Completed applications on AppliTrack should include:

Upon receipt of the above information, applicants will be considered for all posted positions based upon qualifications and certification requirements.  If you are selected for employment by the Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools, we will then require:
