CFMS Spelling Bee

The National Spelling Bee first started in 1925 when nine newspapers joined together to host a spelling bee. Little did they know that 90 years later their literacy effort would reach 11 million students every year. CFMS Second Round Selection Bee to be held February 2nd!

Fluid Power Challenge

Chagrin Falls Middle School will host the 2017 National Fluid Power Association Competition in partnership with Parker Hannifin. This contest engages teams in the study of fluid power, engineering, and careers while challenging students to solve “real-world” problems using fluid power, along with technology, science, and math skills. Workshop Day for teams of 8th grade students from Chagrin Falls (Hinesman PLTW) and Kenston will be 1/13.

Student of the Month

To acknowledge and reward students for exemplary performance.  The students depict Tiger Techniques - Think, Integrity, Grit, Effort and Responsibility.  Each month the 7th and 8th grade teams will collaborate and each choose a male and female "Tiger of the Month" and the students will receive bakery from the PTO.
