Application for Parking Permit

The link below is an application for a student parking permit on campus. Completing this form does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a permit but is rather a tool to collect information.  Students are reminded that they must bring their valid license with them when attempting to purchase a permit. Payment for the permit must be seperate from payment for student fees and chromebook.
