Goal: By June 2019, every student will be provided a personalized learning experience exceeding college readiness standards.
- Leadership capacity and support will increase for teachers both formally and informally through concepts of Professional Learning Communities.
- Leadership opportunities will increase for staff, as well as increased opportunities to provide input into building and district level decisions.
- The district will define shared leadership for stakeholders, assessing current shared leadership and provide increased opportunities for stakeholders to lead.
- The district will develop an effective stakeholder communication process between and among all district staff.
